Head of the ICRC Delegation
The Director General of State Security, Major General Tony Saliba, received at his office the Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) delegation, Christophe Martin, accompanied by ICRC Regional Advisor, Ms. Basma Tabaja. They discussed means of cooperation and coordination between both institutions. Discussions included the difficult social and economic conditions in Lebanon and the tasks entrusted to the International Red Cross delegation in all fields.
